ManageEngine – IT Asset Management Responsibilities

• Manage IT assets using ManageEngine AssetExplorer / ServiceDesk Plus.
• Create and maintain asset records, including asset ID, serial number, user, location, warranty, and purchase details.
• Track asset allocation, transfer, repair, replacement, and disposal.
• Perform periodic asset reconciliation and inventory verification.
• Manage employee asset handover and return through the system.
• Track hardware and software inventory.
• Generate asset-related MIS and management reports.
• Monitor warranty and AMC expiry dates.
• Coordinate with IT support and vendors for asset-related issues.
• Maintain accurate asset documentation and support internal/external audits.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
