IT Asset Manager

Job Purpose

The IT Asset Manager will be the sole owner of the organization's IT Asset Management function, responsible for governing the complete lifecycle of IT assets across all HFC locations in India. The role will ensure accurate asset tracking, compliance, procurement planning, inventory governance, audit readiness, and timely asset provisioning for all employees while maintaining optimal asset utilization and cost control.

Role & responsibilities

• Own and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of all IT assets across Corporate Office, Hubs and Branches across India.
• Establish and maintain a centralized asset inventory ensuring 100% traceability and accountability.
• Define, implement, and continuously improve IT asset management policies, standards, and procedures.
• Act as the Single Point of Ownership (SPOC) for all IT asset-related governance and compliance matters.

Asset Governance & Compliance

• Conduct and govern quarterly asset verification exercises across all HFC locations.
• Ensure physical asset inventories are reconciled against asset management records.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve asset discrepancies, audit observations, and compliance gaps.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal, external, and statutory audits.
