QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome! 1+ year of experience is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in a technical support role or IT helpdesk preferred.
• Amenable to work in Ortigas

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support to users experiencing hardware, software, or network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, and network connectivity.
• Assist with IT projects, including software upgrades, hardware installations, and network maintenance.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system updates, backups, and antivirus scans.
