IT Assistant

MAJOR FUNCTION

To maintain computer and network infrastructure of Makati Finance Corporation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Install and maintain Makati Finance Branch and HO IT Infrastructure such as Computers, CCTV, Internet/Network, PABX, Printers, Scanners, Biometrics and other IT related devices.
2. Monitoring of all computers, laptops and other peripherals.
3. Secure Computer systems and network from viruses/Malwares and Unauthorized access.
4. Canvassing of computers, laptops and other IT related gadgets /peripherals.
5. Train users for appropriate and safe usage of the IT infrastructure.
6. Other IT related task/Job.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• With 1–2 years of IT Support experience is preferred.
• Knowledgeable in computer hardware, networking, CCTV, PABX, printers, and other IT devices.
• Basic knowledge of network security, virus/malware protection, and troubleshooting.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.
• Can install, maintain, and troubleshoot IT equipment.
• Willing to travel to branches when needed.
