- Provide necessary training to staff/colleague in area where IT related.
- Perform daily & monthly back up & indexing of necessary data & program and make available reports and necessary database to users.
- Analyze & outline existing company practices and processes which are IT related in ways that will help the company to make better management decision.
- Make available monthly & periodical reports to managements & user departments and ensure they are generated timely with no material misstatement.
- Develop or confers with outside vendors, as appropriate for changes /enhancements , to ensure that full operation, floor maintenance issue & management requirement of reports/results are addressed & resolved.
