IT ASSISTANT

· Maintain IT Network, servers, backups, disaster recovery and any infrastructure related issues in order to ensure smooth daily business operation.

· Maintain daily end-users support in PCs, printers and software related issues.

· Maintain office software and conference multimedia, door access, PABX, copier, CCTV, operation status monitoring, user account management, user authority management, process configuration, operation process problem solving, etc.

· Liaise with vendor for the related software/hardware issues

· Manage IT assets and software licensing

· Maintain and troubleshoot backup processes

· Prepare resources (PC, software, e-mail account) for new join staff and brief PC training for them

· Emails, Windows Servers and Anti-Virus Administration - close monitoring and manage emergency outbreak response processes.

· Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as requires by superior and management

Required Qualifications / Experience

· Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

· Knowledge in Virtualization, FortiGate firewalls and VLAN is an advantage.

· Pro-active, enthusiastic and result focused.

· Possess good analytical thinking and technical skills with ability to perform Windows environment troubleshooting and support

· Good interpersonal skills

· Able to communicate and work as a team

· Minimum 1 year experienced
