IT Assistant

• Candidates must have prior experience working in a logistics company
• Providing support to user enquiry especially on computer hardware and software issue.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate IT-related records and documentation.
• Prepare and update regular IT reports, including IT inventory, user support, system issues, maintenance activities, and other reports as required by management.
• Ensure all IT records and reports are accurate, complete, and properly maintained for audit and management reference.
• Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer systems, software, and peripherals to ensure optimal performance and security.
• Monitoring and maintaining IT inventory, including hardware and software licenses, and assisting with procurement as needed.
• Managing user accounts and access permissions, ensuring data security and compliance with company policies.

Requirement

• SPM/ DIPLOMA in computer.
• Two year and above experience in IT support.
• Experience in Microsoft Windows Desktop/ Window server/ Microsoft office 365 cloud environment.
• On-Prem/Azure Active Directory.
• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
• Knowledge on IT Security and Cybersecurity.
• Knowledge on IT Policy and audit.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work after office hour and willing to travel out station.
