IT Assistant

We are looking for a proactive and tech-savvy IT Assistant to support our IT Manager with day-to-day technical and administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in IT while gaining hands-on experience across a variety of systems and technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to employees with IT-related issues.
• Assist with the setup and maintenance of laptops, devices, and user accounts.
• Support onboarding and offboarding activities from an IT perspective.
• Help manage IT equipment and keep inventory records up to date. ▪ Assist with software installations, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support the IT Manager with projects and day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Ensure IT records and documentation are accurate and organized.

Requirements:

• Degree or qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous experience in an IT support or administrative role is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, and computer hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Eagerness to learn and develop technical knowledge.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
