Tri-Vision Ventures, Inc. is looking for an IT Assistant to join our Information Technology Department immediately. This position is opened as an Additional headcount to help expand support across our operations. You will be responsible for handling frontline technical assistance, maintaining network systems, and managing point-of-sale infrastructure.

• Education: Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology (IT) or any related computing and technology field.
• Experience: 0 to 2 years of work experience in an IT Helpdesk, Tech Support, or Service Desk capacity. Fresh graduates possessing strong foundational knowledge are highly encouraged to apply.
• Core Skills & Technical Knowledge Required:
• Ticketing Systems: Familiarity or experience working with standard IT service desk ticketing software.
• Network Administration: Solid foundational knowledge in network troubleshooting, basic LAN/WAN configurations, and Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) concepts/networking protocols.
• Retail Tech Support: Experience or strong knowledge in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal systems.

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
