Experience : IT Assistant
- Tech Support: Provide daily troubleshooting for hardware, software, and peripheral devices.
- CCTV Management: Monitor and clean cameras, verify backup logs, and manage storage status.
- Network & Inventory: Resolve basic LAN/Wi-Fi issues and maintain the IT asset register.
- Vendor Coordination: Coordinate with external technicians for equipment repairs and servicing.
