IT Assistant

• Provide technical support to employees for computer hardware, software, printers, and network-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in maintaining network connectivity, system security, and data backups.
• Monitor and maintain IT equipment inventory and documentation.
• Assist in IT system updates, repairs, and other technical tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related course.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and IT support tools.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work on-site and provide technical support to different departments.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
