WE ARE HIRING – IT ASSISTANT

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 1–2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems.

• Experience in network protocols, hardware, software, and technical troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with hotel management software and systems will be an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to assist non-technical users.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
