IT Assistant Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage Core Business Systems
   Oversee, analyze, maintain, and enhance the company’s core information systems, including ERP, CRM, sales management, and project management systems, ensuring system stability and alignment with business requirements.
2. Manage IT Infrastructure
   Oversee IT infrastructure, including network systems, servers, cloud services, computer equipment, and backup systems to ensure reliability, stability, and continuous availability.
3. Information Security & Data Protection
   Manage information security and corporate data protection, including user access control, data backup and recovery, and compliance with Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).
4. Team Management & Development
   Lead and develop the IT team by planning and assigning tasks based on priorities, resources, and timelines. Monitor overall team performance and support capability development.
5. IT Budget & Procurement Management
   Plan and control the IT budget, including procurement of hardware, software, systems, and IT services, ensuring cost-effectiveness and compliance with approved budgets.
6. Vendor & Outsource Management
   Coordinate and manage external vendors and outsourced service providers for system development, improvement, maintenance, and troubleshooting to meet business requirements and agreed timelines.
7. Technology & Digital Transformation Support
   Drive and support the adoption of new technologies and digital tools such as Power Apps, Automation, Dashboard, and AI to improve business processes, productivity, and operational efficiency.
8. Management Reporting
   Monitor IT operations and projects, prepare regular reports, and present key updates, issues, risks, and performance results to management and relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or other related fields.
• Approximately 5–8 years of experience in IT, with experience in team supervision, team leadership, or IT management.
• Hands-on experience in managing, supporting, or analyzing core enterprise systems such as ERP and/or CRM.
• Good knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Network, Server, Cloud, and Data Security.
• Strong Project Management skills with the ability to plan, prioritize, and monitor multiple assignments.
• Good communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and systematic problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with users and departments across the organization.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with the following experience will be given special consideration:

• Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or organizations operating across multiple branches or project sites.
• Experience with real estate sales management systems or CRM platforms supporting sales operations.
• Experience with ERP systems such as Odoo, SAP, or other multi-company ERP systems.
• Knowledge of PDPA, Cybersecurity, Information Security, and data protection practices.
• Experience implementing digital transformation solutions, workflow automation, dashboards, Power Platform, or AI-related tools will be an advantage.
