IT Associate

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a IT Associate to provide technical support and assist employees with computer, software, network, and other IT-related concerns.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide technical support for computers, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Install and configure computer programs and applications.
• Assist with network and internet connectivity concerns.
• Maintain and monitor IT equipment and devices.
• Set up computers, user accounts, and other IT equipment for employees.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and system maintenance.
• Keep records of IT equipment and technical concerns.
• Coordinate with IT vendors or service providers when needed.
• Perform other IT-related tasks assigned by the supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or any related course.
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented and willing to learn.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to work on-site and provide technical support when needed.

Pay: From Php600.00 per day
