Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in IT support is preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP and other business/enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of SQL, including database querying, data retrieval, and basic database management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of programming concepts.
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, operating systems, and networking.
• Familiarity with Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365, printers, and common business applications.
• Basic troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Knowledge of IT asset inventory and equipment monitoring.
• Basic understanding of data privacy, cybersecurity, antivirus, and backup procedures.
• Willing to provide first-level technical support to employees.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple IT-related requests.
