What they need
Job Responsibilities and Duties
* Repairing and maintaining all IT workstations and related accessories.
* Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve hardware and software issues.
* Must be able to install, configure and perform advance troubleshooting of server hardware and software components.
* Perform other tasks assigned from time to time.
* Responsible on ISP Monitoring & reporting to Customer Service for any line problem.
Job Qualifications
* Must possess at least college degree in Information technology or any related courses.
* Knowledgeable of PC networking and troubleshooting.
* Good communication skills (English / Filipino)
* Knowledgeable of basic computer operations.
* Flexible and hard-working, willing to work on a shifting schedule and during holidays.
* Knowledge on Mikrotik & Fortinet is a plus.
