IT Associate

• Provide first-level technical support to users.
• Assist in installing and configuring hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, printer, network issues, and other system-related concerns.
• Respond to IT support requests and ensure issues are properly documented and resolved within appropriate timelines.
• Support user account and email setup.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
• Assist with system updates, backups, and preventive maintenance.
• Document incidents and resolutions.
• Support IT projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
• Follow company IT security policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of experience in IT support, technical support, helpdesk, or a related role; fresh graduates with relevant technical skills may also be considered.
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, computer hardware, and networking.
• Basic understanding of IT security, user access management, and data protection.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to learn and work in a team environment.
