What You’ll Do
- Support employees with hardware & software issues
- Install & maintain network devices (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Manage IT assets, licenses, and documentation
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Learn and apply AI tools in IT tasks
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Fresh graduates welcome!
- Basic knowledge of OS, hardware, networking, and troubleshooting
- Strong problem-solving & communication skills
- Interest in cybersecurity and AI tools
