IT Associate

What You’ll Do

• Provide Tech Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end-users, troubleshooting day-to-day hardware, software, and network issues.
• Maintain Data Security: Implement and enforce information security measures to protect company systems, user data, and digital assets.
• Assist IT Procurement: Evaluate technical specifications for purchase requests, assist in processing IT equipment orders, and manage vendor relationships.
• Manage Assets & Records: Maintain accurate inventories of company hardware, software licenses, and completed IT transactions.
• Vendor Onboarding & Feedback: Support supplier accreditation for tech vendors, gather performance evaluations, and ensure quality service.
• Keep Growing: Attend required training programs to stay updated on emerging technologies and security best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in IT support, systems administration, or technical operations.
• Hands-on knowledge of hardware setup, software troubleshooting, and network basics.
• Familiarity with data security best practices and IT asset management.
• Strong communication skills with a user-friendly, helpful attitude.
• Excellent organizational skills and a desire to continuously learn.
