IT Associate - Competitive Benefits

As IT Associate, you will be responsible for such duties and responsibilities that are normally associated with your position, which include, but are not limited to the activities enumerated below:

• Abide by the firm’s corporate policies and procedures.
• Provides first line of technical support to local, overseas, and remote users by resolving technical problems, and answering queries through various channels such as IT ticketing system, email, chat, and telephone.
• Installs, configures, and maintains hardware, software, systems & network in accordance to company policies.
• Troubleshoots, repairs, and resolves hardware, software, systems & network issues.
• Maintains IT infrastructure on-premise & cloud and attend to technical issues.
• Acts as an administrator of client portals.
• Escalates complex network/server issues to managed service provider.
• Document any technical activity, incident, changes and escalate critical issues to immediate superior.
• Assists in keeping track of IT assets and updating the inventory.
• Purchases IT equipment and supplies when necessary.
• Gain and maintain technical capabilities to ensure effective support to end users.

Job Specifications:

• Graduate of at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology or equivalent.
• A team player; must be able to work individually and as part of a team.
• Has a good sense of urgency and organization skills.
• Demonstrates good work ethics and positive attitude in dealing with customers, colleagues and management.
• Flexibility to expand work hours as necessary and support business needs.

Pay: Php17,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
