IT Audit Manager- Oracle

Job Summary

We are looking for experienced SAP and Oracle professionals with a strong background in Technology Assurance, IT Audit, ERP Risk Management, and Internal Controls. The role involves supporting external audits, evaluating IT General Controls (ITGC), ERP implementations, SDLC controls, and compliance frameworks across SAP and Oracle environments. Candidates with Big 4 consulting experience and ERP implementation exposure will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Technology Audits and ITGC assessments in line with audit standards.
• Lead client discussions to understand business processes, technology risks, and control environments.
• Assess ERP implementations across SAP ECC, SAP GRC, SAP S/4HANA, Oracle EBS, and Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Evaluate design and operating effectiveness of controls related to Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR/SOX).
• Execute and review SDLC control testing activities.
• Perform access management, Segregation of Duties (SoD), and compliance reviews.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders on risk identification, remediation, and process improvements.
• Manage project deliverables, team coordination, and stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience with SAP ECC, SAP GRC, SAP S/4HANA and/or Oracle EBS/Oracle Fusion Cloud.
• Knowledge of ERP implementation lifecycle including configuration, migration, integration, and testing.
• Strong understanding of ITGC, SOX controls, risk assessment, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience in SAP Security, Access Controls, and SoD analysis.
• Hands-on experience in internal/external audit, technology risk, or IT assurance engagements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Big 4 consulting firms.
• Knowledge of Cloud Technologies, Agile methodologies, and emerging technologies.
• Certifications such as CISA or CISSP.
• Understanding of GDPR, compliance frameworks, and governance processes.

Educational Qualification

• BE / B.Tech
• MCA / M.Tech / MBA preferred
