IT Auditor (Manager Level)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the IT Audit Leader in assessing IT risks and developing the annual risk-based IT audit plan
• Review incident reports and perform preliminary risk assessments to identify key risk areas and controls for audit planning
• Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT Governance, IT General Controls (ITGC), Application Controls, and Digital & Infrastructure Controls
• Develop Audit Planning Memorandums (APM), including audit objectives, scope, approach, timelines, and key controls
• Design and execute risk-based IT audit programs to evaluate technology-related controls and processes
• Conduct audits covering systems development, change management, logical access management, IT operations, and information security controls
• Prepare and maintain clear, concise, and well-documented audit working papers
• Present audit findings, recommendations, and audit opinions to management and relevant stakeholders
• Follow up on audit findings and monitor remediation progress to ensure timely resolution of identified issues
• Provide advisory support for digital initiatives, infrastructure technology, and IT security controls
• Support operational audits, subsidiary audits, and ad-hoc assignments as required
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective audit coverage and alignment with audit standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related fields
• 3-5 years of experience in IT Audit, IT Security, IT Risk Management, or related functions within Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or Consulting industries
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of IT General Controls (ITGC), including SDLC, Change Management, Logical Access Management, and IT Operations Controls
• Good understanding of Information Security, IT Risk Management, and Application Controls
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry frameworks such as BOT, OIC, COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001
• Professional certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, or ITIL are highly preferred
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, and report-writing skills
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
