Responsibilities 该职位来源于猎聘 The Manager-Business Analyst is responsible for lead a team of business analysts to deliver high-quality business analysis and system solutions that align with organizational objectives. This role involves overseeing the assessment and analysis of business changes and needs, providing strategic guidance, and ensuring effective communication and collaboration between business units and the IT department. The Manager will also mentor team members, manage stakeholder expectations, and drive continuous improvement in business processes and systems. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality analysis and solutions.(10%)
• Oversee the assessment and analysis of business changes and needs to identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.(20%)
• Guide the team in capturing, documenting, and managing business and system requirements throughout the project lifecycle.(20%)
• Ensure that requirements are clearly defined, prioritized, and communicated to all relevant stakeholders.(20%)
• Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and deliverables.(15%)
• Coordinate with relevant departments and third-party vendors to design, implement and maintain information systems to enable reporting and service delivery (10%)
• Provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders on project progress, issues, and risks.(5%)
• Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor in order to meet operational and/or other requirements. Minimum Job Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in business analysis, system analysis, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in a managerial role, leading a team of business analysts.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering high-quality solutions. Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in SQL Server, JAVA, and other relevant technologies.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
• Expertise in requirements development, requirements management, and change management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
• Proactive, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
