We are a Vietnam-based e-commerce technology building a platform for sellers to launch and scale cross-border dropshipping stores, think Shopify, but purpose-built for dropshipping. Our ecosystem spans storefront management, supplier integration, automated order fulfillment, and cross-border logistics. We’re growing fast and looking for a Business Analyst who thinks beyond documentation — someone who understands the product, challenges requirements, and helps turn business and user needs into practical product solutions..

Job Description:

• Work closely with BOD and cross-functional stakeholders to understand, clarify, and analyze business and user needs.
• Build and maintain the product backlog, and define clear requirements through User Stories, Use Cases, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
• Analyze and help prioritize requirements based on business value, user impact, and technical feasibility.
• Prepare BRD, FRS, and product function guides when needed.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Design, and QC teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, support requirement clarification during development and testing, and coordinate issue resolution.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback after release, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to product optimization.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and support junior BA team members when needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Economics, or related fields.
• Min 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development projects, preferably in eCommerce, Marketplace, or large-scale digital platforms.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, business analysis, and functional documentation.
• Experience with project and documentation management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Basic understanding of APIs, UI/UX principles, and data analytics concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to work with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in eCommerce, Marketplace, SaaS, or other digital products is preferred.
• Good written English, with the ability to understand and create technical/product documentation
