This program is designed to train entry-level candidates to become IT Infrastructure Engineers.

The focus is on understanding how systems, networks, and servers operate in real enterprise environments.

This is not a programming-focused role. Candidates seeking software development positions should not apply.

What you will learn:

The bootcamp covers core areas of infrastructure. You will be trained in the following:

1. Compute and Storage

• Server architecture (rack, blade, hyper-converged systems)
• Virtual machine fundamentals
• Basic capacity planning (CPU, memory, storage requirements)

2. Operating Systems and Virtualization

• Linux fundamentals (basic system operations and structure)
• Windows Server basics
• Virtualization concepts (hypervisors and virtual machines)
• Migrating from legacy to modern environments

3. Networking (Primary Focus Area)

• OSI model (Layer 2–3 concepts)
• Switching, routing, and VLANs
• IP addressing fundamentals
• High availability and basic network design

Note: Networking is a challenging part of the program and requires strong effort.

4. Cloud and Infrastructure Design

• Public, private, and hybrid cloud models
• Basic cloud architecture
• Data residency considerations for regulated industries
• Introduction to Microsoft Azure

5. Security and Identity Management

• Zero Trust principles
• Identity and access management
• Endpoint security fundamentals
• Practical security considerations in enterprise systems

6. AI Infrastructure and Governance

• Overview of infrastructure used for AI workloads
• GPU-based systems and performance considerations
• Data privacy and governance risks in AI usage

7. Database Fundamentals

• Overview of Oracle and SQL Server
• Basic database architecture
• High availability concepts

8. Monitoring and Data Protection

• System monitoring and observability basics
• Logs, metrics, and traces
• Backup and disaster recovery concepts (RPO/RTO)

9. Technical Communication

• Explaining technical concepts clearly
• Presenting system designs
• Communicating with non-technical stakeholders

Program Expectations:

This is an intensive program. Candidates should expect:

• A fast-paced learning environment
• Multiple technical topics covered within a short period
• Daily effort beyond scheduled sessions
• Regular assessments and presentations

Some candidates find the pace difficult. You should only apply if you are prepared for this level of effort.

Qualifications:

• The following degree programs are preferred for this bootcamp

  • Information Technology (IT)
  • Computer Engineering (CpE)
  • Information Systems (IS)

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Basic familiarity with IT concepts is preferred

• Graduates from the following programs may be considered but will be assessed more strictly for infrastructure knowledge:

  • Computer Science (CS)
  • Software Engineering
  • Electronics Engineering (ECE)
  • ICT-related programs

This Program May Not Be Suitable If:

• You are primarily interested in software development
• You prefer fully guided, slow-paced instruction
• You are not comfortable with self-directed learning

Technical Requirements:

• Laptop with at least:

  • Intel i5 (11th Gen) / Ryzen 5 (5000 series) or higher
  • 16GB RAM
  • 512GB SSD
  • Windows 10 or 11

Program Details:

• Duration: 5–6 weeks (full-time training)
• Post-program requirement: 1.5-year service agreement
• Compensation: Based on company policy

This program is intended for candidates who want to build a solid foundation in IT infrastructure and are willing to put in the effort required.
