IT Business Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Lead Solution Architect and Consultants to analyze business requirements and design effective IT solutions.
• Conduct requirement gathering sessions, interviews and workshops with stakeholders to understand business and technical needs.
• Analyze, document, and maintain functional specifications, workflows, Scope of Work (SOW) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Act as a liaison between Sales, Customers and Technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery and successful solution implementation.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor timelines and track project progress to ensure deadlines are met.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), quality assurance activities and solution validation to ensure business requirements are fulfilled.
• Assist in solution presentations, project handovers and post-implementation support when required.
• Provide regular project updates and ensure clear communication among all stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Solution Analysis, IT Project Coordination or related roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Bahasa Cina is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, UAT and project documentation.
• Willing to travel outstation to support branch offices and project implementation activities when required.
