🚀 We’re Hiring: IT Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst / Solution Analyst / Product Owner to join our team and support the development and improvement of HR-related technology solutions.

📌 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as an IT Business Analyst, Solution Analyst, or Product Owner .
• Experience working on HR-related projects or daily operations is highly preferred, such as:
• Recruitment / Talent Acquisition systems
• Payroll systems
• Attendance / Time Management systems
• HR Chatbot
• Employee Performance Management systems
• Hands-on experience with HR-related systems , such as SAP eHCMS , is highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate business requirements into effective IT solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to collaborate effectively with business users, IT teams, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in HRIS / HR Technology projects.
• Familiarity with SAP eHCMS or similar HR management platforms.
• Experience in requirements gathering, business process analysis, solution design, and product/project implementation.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is a plus.

💼 Role Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from HR and related stakeholders.
• Analyze existing HR processes and identify opportunities for system or process improvements.
• Translate business needs into clear functional requirements and solutions for IT/development teams.
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, Product Owners, developers, and other technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HR-related applications and systems.
• Assist in identifying and resolving system/process issues and ensure solutions align with business objectives.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of HR technology and digitalization initiatives.
