IT BUSINESS ANALYST

Experience on Loans and Collection System Implementation, Banking System Implementation, Requirements Gathering and Documentation, Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in banking projects, Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills, Strong knowledge of common ITBA deliverables, including: Functional Specification Document (FSD), Business Requirements Document (BRD), Use Case Diagrams Process Flowcharts.

1. Requirements Gathering and Analysis Conduct workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit business and technical requirements. Document functional and non-functional requirements clearly and accurately. Validate requirements with business units and technical teams. 2. Documentation Prepare and maintain ITBA deliverables such as: Functional Specification Document (FSD) Business Requirements Document (BRD) Use Case Diagrams and Process Flowcharts Gap Analysis Reports Ensure all documents comply with organizational standards and are version-controlled. 3. Coordination and Communication Act as liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams. Facilitate clarification sessions and resolve requirement-related queries. Track and report progress on requirements-related activities. 4. Support for Testing Assist in creating test scenarios and cases based on requirements. Validate that delivered solutions meet documented requirements. 5. Compliance and Risk Ensure requirements align with regulatory and compliance standards. Support risk identification related to requirements and third-party engagements.
