IT Business Analyst

About the role

This is an IT Business Analyst responsible for partnering with cross-functional business units to gather requirements, optimize enterprise systems, and deliver digital solutions across multi-national operations. You will act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and IT engineering teams, managing project delivery lifecycles and ensuring solutions are implemented effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Partner closely with cross-functional business units (Operations, Marketing, Medical, and Finance) to map out operational flows, gather technical requirements, and translate them into clear functional specifications
• Evaluate and enhance enterprise systems, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Point of Sale (POS), e-commerce apps, booking systems, and internal clinical workflows across multi-national operations
• Act as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and internal/external IT engineering teams
• Manage sprint cycles, monitor project timelines, and ensure solutions are delivered on time and within scope
• Generate technical feasibility studies, data analysis reports, and user-journey maps to identify inefficiencies and propose scalable digital solutions
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), define test cases, and conduct post-implementation reviews
• Author clear system documentation and conduct training sessions for business users to maximize digital product adoption

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Management Engineering, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2–4 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Product Owner
• Experience working within fast-paced B2C industries is highly preferred (e.g., Medical/Healthcare, Retail, Hospitality, Medical Aesthetics, or E-commerce)
• Proven experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), Jira, and Confluence
• Strong familiarity with CRM platforms, POS setups, ERP systems, or mobile application architectures
• Solid understanding of data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and SQL querying is an advantage
• Exceptional logical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills
• Ability to explain complex technical designs simply to non-technical business leaders
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
