IT Business Analyst

We're looking for someone to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather, analyze, validate, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Prepare and maintain BRDs, FSDs, Use Case Diagrams, Process Flowcharts, and Gap Analysis Reports in accordance with organizational standards.
• Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating clarifications and resolving requirement-related issues.
• Support testing activities by developing test scenarios/cases and validating solutions against documented requirements.
• Ensure requirements comply with regulatory and compliance standards while supporting risk identification and mitigation.

For qualified candidates, we're looking for someone who has:

• Minimum 8 years of actual IT Business Analyst experience.
• Proven experience in Loans and Collections System and Banking System implementations.
• Strong experience in requirements gathering, analysis, validation, and documentation.
• Familiarity with banking regulatory, compliance, and risk requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, coordination, and knowledge of ITBA deliverables, including BRD, FSD, Use Case Diagrams, and Process Flowcharts.
