Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for technology initiatives.
• Design and develop comprehensive reports and dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key metrics.
• Lead project management efforts, ensuring timely delivery of solutions aligned with business goals.
• Support the entire SDLC process—from requirements gathering through testing and deployment—to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Perform data analysis using SQL, R, Python, and VBA to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Design and optimize database schemas in Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, or similar platforms to support business applications.
• Create detailed process diagrams and system designs using Visio to facilitate clear communication among technical teams.
• Develop scripts in Bash (Unix shell) or VBA to automate routine tasks and improve operational workflows.
• Conduct thorough analysis of business processes to recommend effective technological solutions that enhance productivity.

Skills

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI for creating insightful dashboards.
• Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple initiatives from inception to completion.
• Solid understanding of SDLC methodologies to manage software development projects effectively.
• Expertise in SQL programming for data extraction, manipulation, and reporting across various database systems like Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server.
• Programming experience with R and Python for advanced data analysis and statistical modeling.
• Database design capabilities including schema creation, normalization, indexing, and optimization techniques.
• Familiarity with VBA scripting for automation within Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Bash scripting within Unix/Linux environments for system automation tasks.
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights.
• Effective communication skills for translating technical concepts into clear documentation and presentations using Visio or similar tools.

Pay: £40,000.00-£56,000.00 per year
