IT Business Analyst

I’m looking for an experienced IT Business Analyst to help deliver projects for English-speaking clients .

This is a client-facing role for someone who can comfortably operate between business and technology — understanding client needs, translating them into clear requirements and working closely with technical teams to deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

• Working directly with English-speaking clients and leading client meetings
• Analysing business needs and translating them into functional and technical requirements
• Working closely with an agile development team
• Preparing user stories, acceptance criteria and project documentation
• Supporting backlog management and prioritisation
• Analysing existing processes and systems and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Participating in solution discussions and helping define the best approach from both business and technical perspectives
• Supporting presales activities , including meetings and discussions with potential clients
• Tracking decisions, risks, dependencies and project deadlines
• Ensuring clear communication between clients, business stakeholders and technical teams

Requirements

• A few years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, System Analyst, IT Consultant or in a similar role
• A technical degree
• Fluent English and confidence in daily communication with English-speaking clients
• Proven experience working directly with clients and leading or facilitating meetings
• Good understanding of software development and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
• Experience gathering, analysing and documenting requirements
• Experience creating user stories and working with product or project backlogs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• A proactive and self-driven approach
• Ability to quickly understand new business domains and technologies
• Availability to work 3 days per week from the office
