IT Business Analyst

Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Analyst / Implementation Analyst to support system implementation, testing, requirements validation, documentation, and ongoing process improvements. The role will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to ensure requirements are clearly defined, tested, documented, and successfully implemented.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update IVR scripts and configurations based on business and operational requirements.
• Coordinate and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and validation.
• Gather, review, and validate business and system requirements to ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, process guides, requirements documents, and change records.
• Support change management activities, including impact assessment, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Provide general project and implementation support, including tracking action items, coordinating with stakeholders, and monitoring deliverables.
• Collaborate with business, technical, and project teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth implementation.
• Assist in identifying process gaps and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications / Must-Have

• 2+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Implementation Support, Systems Analysis, or a related role.
• 1–2 years of experience with IVR script updates, maintenance, or related telephony systems.
• 1+ year of experience in UAT coordination and execution.
• Experience in requirements gathering, validation, and documentation.
• Experience with change management and project support activities.
• Strong documentation, analytical, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

• Business Analysis: 3 years (Preferred)
• IVR Script Maintenance: 1 year (Preferred)
• UAT Coordination & Requirements Validation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Requirements Gathering & Validation: 2 years (Preferred)
• Project / Implementation Support: 1 year (Preferred)
• Stakeholder Coordination with Business & Technical Teams: 1 year (Preferred)
