We're Looking for an opening in UK Based MNC for the Position of IT Business Analyst (Gurgaon)

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM standard solutions.
• Support Oracle Fusion SCM implementations and migrations within a manufacturing environment.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand processes, requirements, and functional gaps.
• Provide functional expertise across Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules.
• Analyze, validate, and troubleshoot business data using SQL and PL/SQL queries.
• Identify process improvements and provide effective technology-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams throughout implementation/migration projects

Essential Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, specifically involving Oracle Fusion Cloud SCM implementations or migrations.
• Experience in the Manufacturing Industry is essential.
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle Fusion SCM Planning modules.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
