IT Business Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project & System Delivery

● Evaluate, coordinate, and implement system developments, enhancements, and assigned projects.

● Track project scope, timelines, tasks, risks, and issues to ensure timely delivery.

2. Business–Technology Coordination

● Serve as the liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to align business objectives with technical solutions.

● Translate business needs into functional requirements and system specifications.

3. Requirements Gathering & Documentation

● Gather and analyze business requirements, processes, and objectives.

● Prepare business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.

4. Credit Card Management

● Apply knowledge of credit card products, processes, and operations when analyzing business requirements and system enhancements.

● Support improvements to credit card management systems and related business processes.

● Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure system functionality aligns with credit card business requirements and operational needs.

5. Testing & Implementation

● Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing.

● Prepare test scenarios, validate system functionality, document defects, and coordinate issue resolution.

● Support deployment and implementation of system enhancements.

6. Incident & Issue Management

● Conduct initial analysis and provide first-level functional support for system issues.

● Monitor, document, and escalate production incidents until resolution.

7. User Support & Cross-Functional Coordination

● Respond to user inquiries and resolve functional issues.

● Collaborate with business users, developers, QA teams, and other stakeholders to deliver system updates and enhancements within agreed timelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.

● Hands-on experience in credit card management is required.

● Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, system implementation, or project coordination.

● Strong documentation, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

● Experience coordinating UAT, integration testing, and system issue resolution.

● Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.
