IT Business Analyst

Recruit with Purpose are supporting a G15 Housing Association who are looking for a Interim IT Business Analyst to come in and join the team for 6 months.

In this role you will work with operational, technology and data stakeholders across multiple DLOs to understand how each one runs today, agree how they will come together, and define what the new organisation needs from its people, processes and systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Build a thorough picture of how things work today across people, processes, systems, data, reporting and controls
• Pinpoint and evaluate the main differences, dependencies, risks and opportunities for alignment between the two DLOs
• Design the Day 1 operating model, covering governance, processes, controls and accountability structures
• Specify the Day 1 technology and data model, including system access, integrations, reporting, migration and reconciliation needs
• Capture and confirm the business, process, system, data and reporting requirements that will underpin the future operating model

What they are looking for from you:

• Proven experience as an IT Business Analyst on merger, integration or transformation projects
• Background in UK social housing, ideally with repairs and maintenance or DLO exposure
• Strong grounding in current-state analysis, process mapping and requirements gathering
• Experience defining target operating models and data migration or reconciliation requirements
• Confident engaging stakeholders from front-line operations through to senior leadership
• Able to work independently and deliver at pace in a contract environment

Contract Details:

• Day rate: Negotiable dependant on your experience
• IR35: Outside
• Duration: 6 months initial
• Working Pattern: Hybrid
