IT Business Analyst

Hiring Buddy Limited is looking for a motivated and analytical IT Business Analyst to support the development and improvement of our digital recruitment and business management systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse business processes and IT system requirements.
• Support improvements to recruitment software and databases.
• Analyse data and prepare management reports.
• Work with developers to improve system functionality.
• Assist with software testing and system integration.
• Maintain system documentation and recommend improvements.

Requirements Degree in , Computer Science, IT, Data Science or a related field.

• Good understanding of databases and information systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data management.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Previous experience in administration, IT systems or data analysis is desirable.
