Job description
Understand & capture requirements: work with managers, employees, and users to gather, clarify, and document business needs and functional requirements.
Document & map processes create clear requirement documents, user stories, flowcharts, and wireframes (using tools like Excel, Word, Confluence, Draw.io) to represent processes and system designs.
Support agile delivery, help manage tasks in JIRA, support sprint planning, track progress, and ensure smooth collaboration between developers and stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, participate in daily stand-ups, and help resolve blockers to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Conducting daily stand-up meetings, creating MOMs & sharing the same with the required stakeholders.
