What they need
Serves as the bridge between business stakeholders and the technical team. Gathers requirements, documents processes, and supports the ongoing NetSuite ERP implementation and other digital initiatives.
Must-haves:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or Finance
- 2–4 years as a Business Analyst, preferably on systems implementation or digital transformation projects
- Strong documentation skills, including BRDs, user stories, process maps, and MOMs
- Experience running stakeholder workshops and coordinating UAT
- Understanding of ERP, CRM, or e-commerce platforms (NetSuite, HubSpot, Shopify) from a business process perspective
- Comfortable working in Agile or sprint-based delivery
- Advantage: Experience with Lucidchart or Miro
Pay: Php50,000.00 per month
