IT Business Analyst

Overview

1st Visa International is a London-based consultancy platform providing all-rounded business and immigration services for UK and international individuals.

As an IT Business Analyst, you’ll connect business needs with practical technology solutions. You’ll work with stakeholders and technical teams to clarify requirements, assess data and support from discovery through delivery.

Duties

• Review and evaluate business processes and operational requirements across the company's visa and relocation services and translate them into functional system requirements.
• Gather and document business requirements from different teams and translate them into clear system requirements.
• Prepare process maps and functional requirements for new or improved system features.
• Support the testing and implementation of system changes.
• Review customer, website and operational data to identify trends and whether existing system functions effectively support business objectives.
• Work with internal stakeholders and developers during system design and implementation.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement or system implementation.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Ability to analyse business workflows and identify areas for improvement.
• Experience working with internal teams and developers on system improvements.
• Experience in system testing and data analysis is desirable.
• Fluency in an East Asian Language such as Mandarin is an advantage.

Pay: £56,000.00-£58,000.00 per year
