IT Business Analyst - Transport Management System

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze and document business requirements for Transportation Management System (TMS) implementations.

• Configure and customize MercuryGate TMS to meet client-specific needs.

• Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization to ensure high performance and reliability.

• Provide training and support to end-users on MercuryGate TMS functionalities.

• Manage integration efforts between MercuryGate TMS and other enterprise systems (ERP, WMS, etc.).

• Develop functional specifications and work with development teams to implement system enhancements.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess TMS performance and recommend improvements.

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies within TMS configurations.

• Lead workshops and meetings with clients to gather requirements and present solutions.

• Support project management activities, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management.

• Develop and maintain documentation, including user manuals and training materials.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest MercuryGate TMS technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience with TMS solutions, preferably MercuryGate.

• Strong knowledge of supply chain management and best practices.

• Experience with SQL and data analysis tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
