We are seeking a Business development and Analyst for Product Issue Management (PIM) and Testing Enablement (TE) with extensive hands-on experience in processes and IT systems. The ideal candidate will serve as the critical bridge between Engineering teams and the IT implementation team.

In this role, you will drive business capabilities in Product Issue Management (PIM) and Testing Enablement (TE) - including E2E issue management and testing management, etc.—and ensure seamless integration across the end-to-end flow from Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, to Service. You will enable business improvements, value delivery, and innovation within the PIM and TE ecosystem.

By aligning solution delivery with business objectives, you will accelerate product development, enhance quality, and strengthen organizational agility. Through continuous refinement and stakeholder collaboration, you will enable the organization to adapt to evolving demands while maintaining high standards in transparency, compliance, and operational excellence.

Requirements Elicitation & Specification

Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements in collaboration with business requestors and key stakeholders.

Analyze current ("as-is") and design future ("to-be") processes with business and IT teams. Identify gaps, assess impacts, and propose solution options aligned with process objectives and priorities.

Create and maintain detailed documentation, including process models, use cases, functional specifications, and user guides.

Project Management

Manage the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines through development, testing, and deployment phases.

Proactively track project deliverables, identify and mitigate risks, and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely and successful completion.

Optimization & Integration

Analyze and enhance system capabilities to boost business efficiency, data integrity, and organizational performance.

Analyze and optimize integration solutions between PIM/TE and surrounding systems (e.g., PDM, Jira) to ensure data consistency, availability, and end-to-end traceability.

Stakeholder Collaboration & Training

Act as the primary liaison between Headquarters, IT, and business units, facilitating clear communication, alignment, and expectation management.

Lead Key/end-user training and provide ongoing support for PIM/TE tools to ensure effective adoption and to promptly resolve system issues.

Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Proactively research and evaluate emerging PIM/TE technologies and industry best practices (e.g., AI-driven automation) to propose innovative system enhancements.

Analyze system performance and usage data to identify areas for optimization, driving continuous, data-informed process improvements.

Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree or above in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field. Professional certifications in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, CSM) or Project Management (e.g., PMP) are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of hands-on business analysis experience with PIM/TE systems in an engineering or manufacturing environment. Must possess in-depth knowledge of product issue management and testing management and system integration.

Knowledge, Skills And Abilities 知识及技能要求

Demonstrated experience leading business analysis for mid-sized projects (e.g., new system implementations, major upgrades), with a full-cycle understanding from functional design and UAT to post-go-live support.

Hands-on experience with system and data integration, particularly with R&D systems such as PDM.

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with proven ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business functions (Engineering, IT, Operations) by translating complex requirements clearly.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, focused on identifying process gaps, proposing solutions, and driving efficiency improvements.

Solid project management capabilities, including planning, risk mitigation, milestone tracking, and professional conflict resolution.

Proficient in creating dashboards and reports to support data-driven decision-making.

A quick learner who can rapidly master new business domains, workflows, and effectively visualize complex processes.

A proactive, self-starting attitude with a drive to exceed expectations and take initiative, especially under pressure.
