IT Business Development Associate – Entry Level

We are looking for an IT Business Development Associate to join our team and support our business development and client engagement activities.

This is an entry-level opportunity suitable for candidates with an IT or Computer Science background who are interested in building a career at the intersection of technology, business and client communication.

The role involves market research, identifying potential business opportunities, understanding client requirements, preparing proposals and coordinating with internal technical teams.

Educational Qualification – Mandatory

Candidates must have an IT / Computer Science / Software-related educational background, such as:

• BCA
• MCA
• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science or IT
• BSc / MSc Computer Science or IT
• Equivalent IT-related qualifications

Key Responsibilities

• Research companies, industries and potential clients.
• Identify relevant business opportunities for our IT services.
• Understand and document basic client requirements.
• Assist in preparing proposals and presentations.
• Communicate with prospective clients through email, chat and online meetings.
• Coordinate with developers, Business Analysts and Project Managers.
• Maintain records of business opportunities and follow-ups.
• Assist with project information and documentation.
• Develop an understanding of software development services and technology solutions.
• Support international client communication and business development activities.

About the Role

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
