IT-Business Development Manager (Inside sales)

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Manager (Inside Sales) to generate qualified leads, build a strong sales pipeline, and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate leads using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io , cold calling, email campaigns, referrals, and other lead generation channels.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Qualify prospects, conduct discovery calls, and maintain an active sales pipeline.
• Update CRM and collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

• 3–6 years of experience in Inside Sales/Business Development (B2B preferred).
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io , CRM tools, and outbound sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Performance Expectations:

• This is a target-driven role with clearly defined KPIs and revenue targets . Success will be measured by achieving monthly and quarterly business development goals, generating qualified opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and consistently contributing to the company's revenue growth.
