IT - Business Partner

About the Role

Drive business performance and growth by serving as a strategic IT Business Partner to the assigned Business Units. Translate business priorities into scalable technology strategies and solutions that improve operational efficiency, enable innovation, optimize costs, and strengthen business capabilities. Lead cross-functional collaboration and technology initiatives to deliver measurable business outcomes and accelerate the organization’s strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Align IT strategies and technology initiatives with business objectives and priorities.
• Identify opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, improve processes, and drive business growth.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and scalable, secure solutions.
• Lead IT projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline,
• Serve as the key bridge between IT, business units, and external technology partners. Drive collaboration, resolve issues, and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Lead technology adoption and change initiatives to ensure effective implementation.
• Facilitate training and enable users to maximize the value of new systems and processes.
• Ensure technology solutions comply with security standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies.
• Maintain accurate project, system, and business requirement documentation.
• Provide senior management with insights on project progress, technology performance, risks, and strategic initiatives.
• Translate technology outcomes into clear business impact and recommendations.

About You

• A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
• Minimum Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience, including a proven track record of managing complex IT projects, leading cross-functional teams, and aligning technology solutions with business strategies.
• Experience in implementing and managing IT governance frameworks and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
• Hands-on experience with project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience in identifying process inefficiencies and implementing improvements
• Experience in aligning IT projects with organizational strategic goals and contributing to strategic planning processes.
• Proven experience in effectively communicating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and services.
• Understanding of ITIL framework and ITSM tools.
• Understanding IT systems architecture and enterprise frameworks.
• Knowledge of SDLC methodologies and development tools.
• Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL Foundation
