About the Position

We are is looking for a motivated IT Client Support Specialist to join our growing team.

The selected candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to clients, guiding them through the account setup process, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

We are looking for a junior profile with a basic IT background, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients during the setup and activation of their accounts.
• Provide step-by-step technical guidance throughout the onboarding process.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to account configuration and access.
• Respond to client questions and resolve technical support requests.
• Follow up with clients to ensure their accounts are properly configured and operational.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
• Maintain accurate records of client requests and support activities.
• Ensure a professional and positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications

• Educational background in IT, computer science, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of technical support and account configuration.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to explain technical procedures in simple terms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good command of English is an advantage.
• Previous experience is not required; motivated fresh graduates are welcome.
