该职位来源于猎聘 -负责与银行用户进行交流沟通的窗口，接听和回答用户的电话、接受和回复用户的邮件，并且根据客户要求的内容进行分类，并按照分类进行工作单的分派，日常追踪工作单的的状态 -根据按需原则，为内部银行用户开通系统权限; 对于检测到的拥有过度权限的用户，进行审核和阻止。 -能够参与到小组中正确处理ID需求并且达到服务要求。按照操作规程处理ID需求。对于提出的问题能够与终端用户及时沟通并且清晰地提供解决方法。 -根据全球用户的要求，节假日或周末需要加班。 -工作地点： 陆家嘴&青浦
