该职位来源于猎聘 职责描述： 1、 根据需要完成企业内部关于操作系统、应用软件、邮件、打印系统、网络、办公设备等方面的安装、管理、维护； 2、 企业PC软硬件故障诊断，排查及升级； 3、 桌面设备（台式机、笔记本、打印机、电话等）安装、调试、配置及维护； 4、 熟悉Windows操作系统、Office软件、钉钉等主流办公软件； 5、 远程IT桌面技术支持，电话技术支持； 6、 简单网络设备维护及机房管理工作； 7、 具备良好的服务意识和责任心； 8、 领导交代的其它工作。 任职要求： 1、本科及以上学历，计算机/电子信息相关专业毕业； 2、应届毕业生亦可，有IT桌面支持经验者优先考虑； 3、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作积极主动；
