About the role

This IT / System Support role involves managing inventory operations, maintaining system integrity, and providing technical support across the organisation. You will be responsible for stock management, system maintenance, and supporting branches with IT-related issues.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and conduct stock take / stock counting and ensure inventory records are accurate
• Maintain and update system pricing, product costs, and selling prices
• Monitor and troubleshoot system-related issues, particularly POS and inventory systems
• Perform data checking and system updates to ensure information is accurate
• Assist outlets with system and IT-related support when required
• Coordinate with relevant departments regarding pricing, stock, cost, and system issues
• Conduct system checking and maintenance at company outlets
• Travel outstation to support branches and carry out assigned IT/system tasks
• Perform any other IT and system-related duties assigned by management

About you

• Must be willing to travel outstation
• Willingness to travel to outstation branches when required
• Able and willing to travel outstation for work assignments
