该职位来源于猎聘 岗位职责：MES项目管理&AI项目管理 1. 全盘负责3C产线MES项目全生命周期：需求调研、方案设计、排期管控、系统测试、产线上线、验收复盘
- 跨部门对接生产、工艺、设备、品质团队，对内协调IT开发/实施资源，解决项目卡点、系统BUG、数据异常
- 管控项目预算、进度、范围、风险，输出周报、问题台账、复盘报告，保障新旧产线MES稳定投产
- 深挖制造端痛点，主导MES功能迭代、流程优化，打通MES与ERP、WMS、PLC、SPC的数据集成
- 海外厂区额外：对接越南工厂，处理跨地域时差、中外团队协同、本地化系统适配问题 任职要求 1. 本科学历，6年以上大厂3C电子制造业MES项目管理经验，英语口语流利沟通 2. 熟悉MES核心模块：生产报工、工单管理、物料追溯、品质管控 3. 具备跨部门沟通能力，能独立统筹中型以上MES实施项目
